Not only is the Mississippi River one of North America's great migration routes for fish and birds, the Upper Mississippi is also home to more than 50 species of mammal.
Friends of Pool 2 is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We are working to enhance the recreational river experience, promote sustainable and safe enjoyment of the Mississippi River, inform river users about key issues and offer you a united voice in decisions that impact the Mississippi River Pool 2 Community.
